Description

Structure of the bag filter

1. How does the filter working?
The filter bag is supported by a perforated basket, and the liquid flows in from the top of the filter bag. The liquid is evenly distributed on the surface of the filter bag, and there is no negative influence of turbulence, and the filtering effect is good.
The liquid flows from the inner surface of the filter bag to the outer surface, and the particulate impurities are trapped in the filter bag, ensuring that the filter bag is replaced without contaminating the downstream liquid.
The handles designed in the filter bag make the replacement of the filter bag very convenient.
The support perforated basket made of high-strength stainless steel punching mesh greatly increases the filtration surface area in the filtration system, providing a large and unobstructed filtering surface.\
2.What is this kind of filters' Performance characteristics?
1). Easy to operate, convenient, space saving, and easy to install;
2). High filtration precision, suitable for any fine particles or suspended matter, the filtration range can be from 0.5 to 800 microns;
